  1. What information do we collect?
    We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

    You have the right and ability to edit your member account information on our website at any time. You can do this on our home page under ‘My Account’ / ‘Edit Address’. We do reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered part of your account membership. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those messages.

    Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
  8. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:
    California residents: Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the COPPA, all users of our site residing in California may make any changes to their information at anytime by signing into their account and going to the ‘Edit My Address’ page.
  9. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:
    We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. Our Services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals or business entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our Services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18). If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must enter into our ‘Terms of Use’ agreement on your behalf, and will be responsible for your use of and access to the Services; this includes financial responsibility for any items you purchase through the Services.     This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
